Its kind of like a Crystal Pony, but with a big goofy hat.
If you don’t know and would like to know more a quick google should solve it.
Crystal Horses are a pain in the butt, so thats absolutely optional. Feel free to be creative with the concept too, you don’t need to stick to Pokemon branded hats.
