I think I am confused by something. For the three times a day you do 30 min. art challenges, you call them Asian, American, and Euro challenges. Here is my question: If you are american, like I am, can you participate in the Asian and Euro challenges too?
Absolutely you can!
We just call them that as that’s when evening/night is in each of those areas rather than early in the morning or during school/work.
