See those blue and orange parts on the right there? They count. They are closest in zone to the asian challenge.
And again, the mods have to deal with daylight savings. It’s easier to universally move the challenges one hour than move some of them and not others.
From my understanding some in fact do. Just as not all European zones use it, not all Asian zones do. But some do. And since the mods do it’s easier to go along with that than otherwise.
Hmm. I don’t think so. If anything I think it’d be later rather than earlier?
A lot of places have ‘sprung forward’ for Daylight Savings and we move to accommodate that as we are run in CST.
If I’m somehow mistaken someone feel free to correct me. However I’m fairly certain if anything it’s later.
