Today’s Celestia Challenge is… Rarity’s “Not so-great” outfits.

Poor Rarity was doing so well with a new line of dresses for her friends. But, they wanted some changes to it, and kind of went overboard with the added features, resulting in a lot of stress and a big failure on the catwalk. Or maybe they’re some ponies who liked it?
