no matter the reason there are lots of occasions to wear costumes! that doesn’t mean you always want to spend a lot of money on them though. So for todays twilight challenge draw someone being budget conscious with their costume.
So take 30 minutes to draw the character in a costume that won’t cost um….. whatever the pony version of an arm and a leg is. then you will have 15 minutes to send it into the inbox. And don’t worry if the stitching is a bit off. We won’t tell.
