Rarity is known for being basically the best at fashion, and she really loves her hats. Pony proportions being what they are, this makes any hats pretty giant. Giant hats would prolly be highly valuable in a hat-based economy. But I digress. Your challenge is to draw Rarity and/or her giant hats!
