Hello! I really want to do these. But a few questions. Are there rating restrictions? Can a non-pony blog submit? What’s the difference between Luna, cadance, etc challenges? And when do these happen?

Anyone can submit, anonymous even. Doesn’t matter if you have a blog. But if the topic calls for MLP, and most do, then ya gotta do MLP. Friday usually has two non pony challenges, which alternate between 7 AM & 7 PM / 1PM & 1AM.
