When the Changelings took over Equestria, and taken the Mane Six and Princesses captive, a new band of heroes step in. 

Starlight Glimmer, Trixie, Thorax (a reformed Changeling) and Discord team up

and venture through the hive in order to save their friends

and stop Queen Chrysalis.
