Ah, the one pony who can easily be given the title of neon queen! Vinyl Scratch herself! And a very nice neon police motorcycle, likely on their way to either shut down a Vinyl party that has gotten out of control, OR add MORE neon to it to make it even cooler! Maybe Vinyl will make a song on the spot that incorporates the siren!
