Today’s Celestia Challenge is Mr. Stripes!!

He’s the very protective and caring father of Plaid stripes and the owner of the building where Rarity For You is. He certainly seems alright with doing morally (and probably legally) questionable things, like threatening his tenants. Is there more to this pony though?
